I’ve been testing out an idea on the sidebar and after some tweaking, I think it’s finally working. I’ve always thought it’d be pretty cool to have songs I’m listening to in iTunes appear on my website, but it’s not a slam-dunk to do so without hosting your own site and tinkering with plugin and such. Feh. But with a cool little AppleScript and an account on Twitter, I’ve been able to make this work. For the past 4 days I’ve just left my iTunes running at work as I’ve addressed and fixed a few hiccups and bugs, and at this point the sidebar section titled “The Last Thing I Heard” is updating routinely throughout the day.How about that? Even more useless crap about me to add to the stack of things you really couldn’t give a damn about ;-)
