I recently posted about a “quotes” poster I parted with some 25+ years ago, could not find through numerous online and auction searches, and subsequently recreated, line by line, out of desperation. Well, after posting that, within 24hrs of doing so, I did another sporadic eBay search, and look at what I found? I’m thrilled! Because I need this now more than ever. I feel like I’ve found a piece of my own history, my youth, and something I know absolutely shaped me in many positive ways. (PS: Thank you Jennifer Nelson for taking the photo!)
PS: There's no knowing for certain whether this“1000 Words is worth a Picture” poster was the actual one I had previously owned, but I have a strong feeling that it might have been, because of it’s condition, the same frame, it being so hard to find anywhere else, and my having eventually found it locally in the hands of somebody that relayed having bought it at a garage sale in the South Bay many years prior.
