Tommy joined us for "HYC," along with Kelly. The new mugs look great - I am now settled on the design. Roasting coffee this morning was a bit frustrating; it took three tries to hit the mark of 12%. I followed my formula, and it did not reproduce the same result. The only variable is the room temperature. I got so caught up in this that I almost missed my dermatology appointment. They called. Jess and Bev came by to pick up the beans I had here for him, and we ended up hanging out and chatting for a while. It was a pleasant way to end a full and rewarding day.
