Highlight(s): Dog was 'off' all day. A bit disconcerting. Seems to have come back around now, in the late evening. Symptoms all point to an upset stomach. Likely from all the crap he was fed yesterday. Took Lauren to "Waitress" - fun play, and a great evening w/her. Love building memories. Drop at her moms and came home. Board meeting tomorrow so gonna get to sleep, get up early, get out early, beat traffic, etc.
Gratitude: Chances I have to make changes in so many ways, with small efforts. Gotta do it more.
Goal: Nail it at the board meeting. Show myself as critical component.
Anticipation: Down time tomorrow.
