Early day in RWC - staff reduction of 1 - they handled it well. Rest of the day was routine. PM included going to Tommy's game and shooting photos of him. Then off to Mt Winery to see Death Cab for Cutie…. likely one of the best shows I've seen in years, perhaps even in the top 10 of my life. It was incredible. And I was completely immersed and present through all of it by leaving my phone in the car so I could be 'there'. Great night.
Gratitude: Walking on bleachers at the game reminded me of a time I could not walk, and might not again. I'm so fortunate.
Goal: Stay on course with weight loss efforts and have a balanced day tomorrow.
Anticipation: Martin Ranch w/the Gomez's.
