Highlight(s): Woke up realizing all the issues Tommy's half-pipe idea. Told him, shared concerns w/Linda, chaos ensued. Ended up being a fiasco trying to manage until I let go and stepped out of further involvement. He started and I saw his work on the 1st 3rd this evening and it's stable but rushed. Mark and I both told him to take his time but he's refusing to listen. I told him wha he should do and I'll leave it to him. He's capable of perfection but not without taking the necessary time. Ran to Betty's ins Santa Cruz w/them for dinner just to get out of town. Needed a change.

Goal: Deep dive into wrapping up work on outsourcing in advance of Wed AM mtg.
